18/365 - Hope for Movement
This was a beautiful accident. I shot this in late afternoon as the light was starting to fade, so I had to lower my shutter speed quite a bit. It turned out to be just enough to capture the movement of these NYC skaters on their way by Central Park. Awesome.

17/365 - Readjustment
Okay, I lost a few days (weeks?) there in the mess that is my life. Admittedly, this project is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I just don't have time to take a photo, at least a photo that I consider good enough and unique enough to share, every single day. Some days I'm just to busy to get it all done.
That being said, I'm not giving up! I'm going to keep going at it as best as I can. I'm also going to readjust the finishing date. Instead of backtracking and trying to process/post photos from the days I missed, I'm just going to start over here...

16/365 - Phisheye
I spend New Years Eve, and the few days before it in NYC with some of the most wonderful people on earth, watching the best band on earth create wonderful wonderful magic.
For the past 4 years we have all gathered in NYC for Phish's NYE run. This year, like every other year, was nothing but epic splendor. For anyone who has never seen Phish, you're seriously missing out. Phish is one of those bands that you either love or hate, Many people who hate Phish have in fact, never heard them. They couldn't name or recognize one song if Walter White were holding a gun to their head. They simply hate them because it's cool to hate them.
That's fine with me. One less asshole trying to score MY ticket. Just know, Phish is NEVER disappointing (except when they ruin a perfectly amazing and mind blowing show with a Show of Life encore. Really?)
The night before NYE marked my 50th show in my Phish journey. I was so happy to commemorate the event with such beautiful people.

15/365 - Boston South Station
This is the first photo I took with the fisheye lens. I was in a rush to get to the bus station, so I didn't get to try it out until I got to South Station, and had a short wait and a few minutes to relax before the second bus came. I took this photo while charging my phone on the floor of the bus terminal. I love the colors.
Needless to say, I never wanted to return the lens. I returned it today, but I will have many photos to process and share over the next few days. Cant wait until I can save up enough money to buy myself one!

More back log posts. Even though Christmas has been over for almost a week now, I just got back from NYC and haven't had time to process the photos until now.

12/365 - Back Logging
I've got a lot of catching up to do, the past week has been one CRAZY ride! I have many photos to post, and episodes of Breaking Bad to catch up on over the next few days, but I assure you, the wait will be well worth it!
Today's photo is a family photo. While it's by no means my best work photographically speaking (there's a weird shadow that I couldn't get rid of on some of our faces, but it was freezing cold out and nobody wanted to re-shoot, so I can do nothing but work with what I've got!), this is my family and I love them. So I'll use the photo anyway.
